Jazmin Mejia is a 2nd year, Pre – Psychology major as well as myself, and I find it funny how we both need only our Research Methods class to declare. She is 18 years old, soon to be 19. She has three dogs; a Chihuahua mixed with a German Shepard, a German Shepard, and a puppy that is an American Bulldog mixed with a Husky. She enjoys playing with all her dogs and loves Beyonce and Rihanna. Her favorite colors are teal and burgundy and she has this irrational fear of drowning so she is very cautious around bodies of water. Her parents are full Guatemalan and immigrated to the US when her oldest brother was only 6 months old. Her brother recently became an American citizen and graduated from CSULB last year. Her other brother who is older than her as well is currently attending CSULB and will be graduating next year. Jazmin believes art is very important in today’s world because if you look around, art seems to be everywhere. It can range from something on your body to something so simple yet massive like the sky above. If are didn’t exist the world would be so bleak.
